Who is TMS?
When our founder Dieter Stempel first opened the doors to TMS Trademarketing Service GmbH on January 1, 1994, we started out as a merchandising and promotion agency. More than two decades later, we are a full-service agency for the POS. Our clients trust us to help them grow. Some even since the very beginning.
During this time, we have developed numerous other business divisions. Today we also support our clients with sales representatives, business intelligence solutions, shop management, omni channel marketing and so much more.
Owner-managed, independent and well connected
We soon realized that our independence, our agility and our flexibility as POS agency are a big advantage. In 2009, Dieter Stempel founded SSI, the Sales Services International Networkto unite agencies just like us across the world.
Today, our network counts more than 30 members.
Our goal is to deliver specific know-how combined with attention to detail: our partner agencies know the ins and outs of their own country-specific markets, the needs and customs of their consumers and target groups. Together, we unite concentrated knowledge with the (man) power to implement international campaigns – as independent, experienced agencies.
We take responsibility – for society, for our region, for our employees. We go the extra mile for our clients – but demonstrating social engagement is just as much part of our DNA. Organizing and partaking in charity campaigns and promoting young talents are just the most recent examples. We contribute to the common good by lending a hand where it is needed. Social projects of TMS are meant to build bridges between employees and those in need.
